On my recent trip to U.S. I was taken by the ambience of Memphis. Somewhat left behind in the development of new cities in the U.S. it is still a treasure and somewhat bathed in tragedy. It has the credits of producing Elvis and B.B. King but also the Martin Luther King Incident has hurt it badly. A big city on the Missississippi in Tennessee with a particular aura that will survive forever.
